Moderate and healthy diet and healthy life

Just as it is necessary to breathe in order to live, it is equally necessary to give the body the necessary and nutritious food to keep it healthy. In today's modern world people are going crazy over all the fancy food products but often they don't get enough nutrition. Small and big troubles can be avoided if every man consciously starts looking for nutrition in everything. And many diseases can be avoided by taking care of all the nutritious items in the daily diet.

In this way, diet is the only medicine. From time immemorial it has been observed that some of the things we eat and drink are used as medicine. Everything has its own merits.

Diet is the essential substance for our body to function. Diet is made up of many things. We need carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals to nourish the body. And all of these things we get from different eating things.

It is said that food is an army that works together to protect our bodies. Next let’s figure out which of the following items we can take.

  • First of all let's talk about vegetables. It is necessary to eat 2 to 3 bowls of vegetables a day. Vegetables provide us with plenty of fiber, vitamins and minerals. Apart from that vegetables help in increasing our digestion and immunity.
  • Take salad or soup and salad every day at meal time. There are also many benefits to eating overcooked vegetables.
  • We also get a lot of vitamins and minerals from fruits. It is very beneficial to eat 2-3 fruits a day. Fruits also provide us with a good amount of fiber. More fruit can also be taken for weight loss.
  • Wheat, rice, millet, sorghum etc. help us to get adequate amount of carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are essential for the body's need for basic energy. From all these grains we get protein, carbohydrates and fiber etc. It is good for our body to eat 2 to 3 bowls of grain in a day.
  • Lentils / beans such as mug, mugni dal, chickpeas, tuver dal etc. are required to meet the protein needs of the body. These also contain carbohydrates, vitamins, etc. It is necessary to take 2-3 bowls of lentils / pulses a day for muscle and bone health.
  • Oil, ghee etc. are essential for the body but if taken in large quantities do more harm than good. Do not take more than 2-3 teaspoons of oil / ghee throughout the day. We get the fats we want from oil and ghee. Which is necessary to keep our joints and skin etc. healthy. But if taken in excess, it does not digest quickly and starts accumulating in the body. This increases the risk of heart disease, blood pressure, obesity.
  • Dried nuts also help to give our body the good fats it needs. Cashews, almonds, figs, dates, walnuts are very beneficial. 1 handful of dried fruits can be taken daily.
  • Milk, milk products provide us with essential nutrients like protein, calcium. Things like yogurt, cheese, cheese are necessary to take care of our intestines. It improves digestion.

We all know that wheat and rice provide carbohydrates and lentils, pulses and milk provide protein, while vegetables, fruits etc. help us to get vitamins and minerals. But apart from that we use other things in our daily life but we do not know its importance. Our spices like chilli, turmeric, cumin, rye, cinnamon etc. are useful to us in many other ways besides taste. Which is very beneficial if taken proportionately and methodically.

gujarat Private School Fee today News

Gujarat Private School Fee today News

Schools have been closed for 6 months and online education is being provided due to the Corona epidemic, but private schools are currently not in a position to pay fees as the lockdown has hit parents' financial income. Private school administrators are not ready to give fee relief. A hearing in this regard was held in the Gujarat High Court today. During the hearing, the High Court said that the state government has the power to decide on fees.

The High Court said, why do you ask us to be mediators?

The High Court also found out why the government did not take a decision on its own and wanted us to mediate. Why the High Court should be the mediator and the government should decide for itself and implement it. With these findings, the High Court disposed of the government's application for mediation. The High Court also left the final decision on fee reduction to the government.

Administrators are willing to waive the fee increase of 5 to 12 percent approved by the FRC

Earlier, the Gujarat government had filed an application in the High Court against the arbitrariness of school administrators in collecting fees. In response to the petition, the school administrators had filed an affidavit in the High Court a week ago. The affidavit states that the administrators are willing to waive the 5 to 12 per cent fee increase approved by the FRC for schools by keeping the student fees unchanged.

School administrators are unwilling to waive fees

In the two meetings held by the government with the administrators, they were not willing to bow down at all, the government had submitted in court. The government, in its application to the High Court, had submitted that a meeting has been held twice with the administrators to find a way out of the fee matter. The government had offered to waive 25 per cent of the students ’fees, which the administrators refused. Administrators are unwilling to waive fees.

The Gujarat High Court is currently hearing the private school fee dispute in the state. That's when the biggest news came about school fees. School administrators are ready for a fixed fee reduction. Discuss the preparation for what percentage fee reduction. Running.

Chief Justice Vikram Nath and Justice J.B. A hearing is underway before Pardiwala's bench. The Advocate General submitted in court that the government could not issue a notification on the issue of fees as the settlement was not reached.

The state government has vast powers, the Chief Justice told the Advocate General. There are powers vested under the Epidemic Act and the Disaster Management Act. If the government has the power to decide on its own for fee reduction, then why apply to the court? The court told the government, you decide for yourself. Why do you ask us for mediation?

School administrators said it was not acceptable for the government to talk of a fixed fee reduction. We are willing to reduce or waive fees on a case-by-case basis. We will help anyone who has died in an epidemic or is in financial trouble. "We want to charge a fee for the extracurricular activities we offer," school administrators said.

Notably, in the school fee controversy, school administrators took an oath in the Gujarat High Court last Thursday to oppose the 25 per cent waiver formula. On the issue of school fee disputes, school administrators have sworn that the government's compromise formula is not acceptable. "The fee waiver is 25 per cent higher when we are ready to waive the fee sanctioned by the Fee Regulatory Committee (FRC)," he claimed. Managers have offered to keep last year's fees unchanged at 5 per cent to 12 per cent. It has also shown readiness to waive fees on a case-by-case basis for students.

Gujarat is also expected to get a fee waiver due to the recent 30 per cent waiver of fees by the Rajasthan High Court. The schools were closed due to the lockdown, so parents are protesting against the schools demanding full fees. In addition, the parents of the students studying in the school will be able to pay the fees in three installments till January 31 next year. The verdict was handed down by Rajasthan High Court Justice SP Sharma.

This verdict may prove to be important for Gujarat as there is a controversy over private school fees in Gujarat as well. The Rajasthan government, like the Vijay Rupani government in Gujarat, had ordered schools not to charge fees since the school was closed during the Corona. The High Court passed the order on an appeal by private schools challenging the Rajasthan government's order. About 200 schools had challenged the Rajasthan government's order by filing three separate applications. The private school could not charge fees due to a state government order. Due to the Koro crisis, the Rajasthan government had banned private schools from charging fees till they reopened.

Classroom setup and design is a good way to get and keep the attention of students. Workstations are a good way to encourage different types of learning. By allowing children a chance to choose which activities they want to participate in, children are taking control of their own education. At the elementary level, children are always learning and sometimes don't even know it.When I was in kindergarten, I can remember playing at the different stations in the classroom. One station was for gardening and we could plant seeds and check them every day to see how much they had grown. Another station in that classroom that sticks out in my mind is the arts and crafts station. There was a large array of crayons, markers, scissors, construction paper and building materials we could use to make pretty decorations to give to our parents for our homes. By choosing which station we wanted to work at, we were becoming much more interested in what we were learning because we were doing what we wanted to do, not what we had to do. By setting high standards for a student, the teacher is encouraging the student to do the same and will eventually...

      boost the immune system

Food sources that boost the immune system

If the body's immune system is low then the person suffers from cold, flu, fever etc. from time to time. Vitamin C boosts the body's immune system. Nature has given us so many foods that are rich in vitamin-C. By adding these readily available items to our diet, we can boost the body's immune system.

As the COVID-12 epidemic spreads across the country, the world is battling the virus and trying to stop its spread. Doctors agree that people with strong immune systems are better equipped to administer the Novel Corona virus. Sadguru here shares some ways to boost the immune system naturally.

      1. Neem and turmeric benefits

Neem leaves are available all over India except in mountainous areas, and turmeric is available anyway. They are currently making what is called nano-turmeric, where the rate of absorption is higher than that of ordinary turmeric.
A simple thing you can do every day is to drink eight to ten leaves of neem and a little turmeric in warm water. If you drink this on an empty stomach, your ability to fight off external organisms is greatly increased. Not that it will work right away, but in three to six weeks, you’ll notice a slight difference. This is something that everyone can bring into their own homes. It is already in most homes in South India but probably not in other parts of the country, so we should bring this up.

      2. Jiva Legium and Raw Mango

Traditional items such as Jiva Legium or Chewanprash which are useful in boosting the immune system. If you have elderly people in your household who are above 60 years of age, it is better for them to start chewing gum. And now is also the beginning of this raw mango season. Don't wait for it to ripen, eat raw mangoes. It is not a preventative for coronavirus, but it can boost the immune system a bit.

      3.Amla with honey and pepper

Soak amla (gooseberry or nelikai) in honey with some crushed black or green pepper overnight. Take three tablespoons three times a day. It will work best when you are on an empty stomach and if you take this first thing. If you do this, in four to eight weeks, a significant improvement in a person's immune system can be seen.

      4. Billy's letter

Something called billy leaves is available in the Western Ghats region. If you can eat three to five leaves in the morning, it will also boost your immune system.

      5. Get enough physical activity

Now people are at home. If they just sit around, and during the day if they keep eating or drinking something, they will make themselves more sensitive. The simple thing is to stay physically active. This few weeks is a good time for us to get used to being healthy. If you don't know anything else, at least jog at a different time each day in the empty space - fifteen minutes at a time, five to six times a day. The body will try to handle things better.

      6. Chant mantras to increase warmth

“Yoga Yoga Yogeshwarai” is about producing samat prana or heat in the mantra system. Something called heat and cold, which is translated into English as heat and cold, but does not mean exactly that. It indicates that direction, but it does not mean that. If you produce enough samat prana and create heat in the system, your immune system will work better. This chanting will generate a certain amount of energy in the immune system, as it generates heat.

      7. Keep yourself happy

Mental distress is one way to keep the immune system down. Staying fully energized, happy and happy is also an easy way to keep your immune system and body functioning better.

A happy, sensitive and responsible human being can handle situations better than one who is very serious about everything. Especially if you are in a panic, you are paralyzed. It is very important that all your disciplines are in place, that your body and your brain work and respond in the way that is needed.
